Check out our Camp Amicus Blog Camp AmicusCamp Amicus offers day and residential camps for children ages 8 to 17 with learning disabilities and ADHD. At Camp Amicus we provide a structured and supportive environment for children to learn and have fun. Mature, caring counselors plan activities to ensure that campers build confidence and self-esteem, and have a great time. Camp Amicus has a ratio of one staff member to three campers.
Spaces in the camps for 2010 are limited, so if you are interested, please contact the Program Coordinator. Each child will be required to undergo a suitability interview before accepted into the programsWhat will you be doing? Campers will have opportunities to learn appropriate social skills, peer relations and problem solving. But the biggest emphasis will be on having lots and lots on fun!
